Chad is a shareholder with the Firm’s Corporate Practice Group. He primarily works with small to mid-sized businesses and their owners on a variety of legal matters, including mergers, acquisitions, recapitalizations and divestitures. Chad also has significant experience setting-up and structuring business relationships under franchise and distribution arrangements, and has worked with numerous franchise and dealership models, representing both franchisors/grantors and franchisees/dealers.
Chad prides himself on providing efficient, practical legal advice, and developing strong relationships with his clients to help ensure their continued success in business going forward.

- Lead counsel on the purchase and sale of numerous local and regionally based businesses in transactions ranging from $100,000 to $25,000,000
- Represented many privately held companies for the private placement of their securities
- Worked with well over 150 different franchise and dealership models across the U.S. and Canada in varying product and service based industries for both business-to-business and consumer based businesses
- Assisted franchisors with legal compliance and contractual matters in both registration and non-registration states
