Examples of Claude’s Recent Client Work

  • Serving as the primary legal counsel for several major telecommunications companies for more than twenty years, Claude has negotiated hundreds of lease and license agreements and handled dozens of zoning matters in connection with the location of antenna facilities.
  • Claude recently won a decision from the Wisconsin Court of Appeals which overturned an illegal commercial property tax assessment, saving the client over $100,000 in real estate taxes over a four year period.
  • In 2002, Claude represented 23 of 36 residential condominium owners in a downtown Milwaukee building, and successfully negotiated a collective reduction in their property tax assessments of more than $2,000,000 or nearly $100,000 per unit, resulting in an average annual tax savings of $2,500 per unit, per year.
