Phil represents a wide variety of small to medium sized companies in all aspects of their operations including: business formulation, organization, mergers, acquisitions, and sales. Phil has provided experienced representation to banks in the drafting and negotiating of loan agreements and their collateralization. He also assists individuals with their estate planning needs by emphasizing and implementing estate plans that minimize potential tax liabilities and limit court administration.

- Represented three closely held corporations in the sale of four nursing homes and assisted living facilities to a national health care provider
- Participated in the management and day to day operations of several local service-oriented businesses during an approximate three-year period following the death of a sole shareholder and owner
- On behalf of several banks; drafted, negotiated, and reviewed multimillion dollar loan agreements and collateral documents tailored for both the lender and borrower
- Administered $10 million estate of deceased businessman
- Prepared estate plans for high net worth clients
- Represented corporate fiduciaries in their roles as personal representatives and trustees
