  • Participated in the management and day to day operations of several local service-oriented businesses during an approximate three-year period following the death of a sole shareholder and owner
  • On behalf of several banks; drafted, negotiated, and reviewed multimillion dollar loan agreements and collateral documents tailored for both the lender and borrower
  • Administered $10 million estate of deceased businessman
