Randy uses his extensive litigation experience to represent clients in the prosecution and defense of complex commercial litigation matters. He has served as lead counsel prosecuting or defending multi-million dollar claims relating to anti-trust, bad faith, insurance coverage, real estate, contract, fraud, and personal injury allegations.

Examples of Randy’s Recent Client Work
- Successfully defended client from anti-trust allegations, then recovered all attorneys’ fees and settlement payments from insurance carriers plus an additional sum of nearly two million dollars
- Defended software company in contract actions, through motion practice and greatly reduced the dollar amount of the claims against the company and obtained insurance coverage for the remaining claims
- Served as co-lead counsel on the 2002 Legislative Redistricting Litigation in Wisconsin representing State Legislative Leaders in efforts to redraw all State Senate and State Assembly Districts within the State of Wisconsin
- Successfully defended engineering firm in contract action relating to design of papermaking facility
- Successfully prosecuted claims of employee theft
- Prosecuted and defended claims in break-ups of partnerships and other entities or relationships
- Successfully prosecuted bad faith claims in instances where insurance companies failed to fulfill duty to defend
- Successfully defended claims relating to commercial leases
