Examples of Randy’s Recent Client Work

  • Brought suits against insurance carriers for all damages associated with defending anti-trust and contract claims and recovered just under $12,000,000
  • Defended software company in contract actions, through motion practice greatly reduced the dollar amount of the claims against the company and obtained insurance coverage for the remaining claims
  • Served as co-lead counsel on legislative re-districting litigation in Wisconsin representing state legislative leaders in efforts to redraw all state senate and state assembly districts within the state of Wisconsin
  • Successfully defended engineering firm in contract action relating to design of papermaking facility
  • Successfully prosecuted claims of employee theft
  • Prosecuted and defended claims in break-ups of partnerships and other entities or relationships
  • Successfully prosecuted bad faith claims in instances where insurance companies failed to fulfill duty to defend
  • Successfully defended claims relating to commercial leases
