Examples of Randy’s Recent Client Work
- Brought suits against insurance carriers for all damages associated with defending anti-trust and contract claims and recovered just under $12,000,000
- Defended software company in contract actions, through motion practice greatly reduced the dollar amount of the claims against the company and obtained insurance coverage for the remaining claims
- Served as co-lead counsel on legislative re-districting litigation in Wisconsin representing state legislative leaders in efforts to redraw all state senate and state assembly districts within the state of Wisconsin
- Successfully defended engineering firm in contract action relating to design of papermaking facility
- Successfully prosecuted claims of employee theft
- Prosecuted and defended claims in break-ups of partnerships and other entities or relationships
- Successfully prosecuted bad faith claims in instances where insurance companies failed to fulfill duty to defend
- Successfully defended claims relating to commercial leases
- Successfully prosecuted claims involving the interpretation of operating agreements for limited liability companies
