Attorney Randy Nash Quoted in Wisconsin Lawyer

The article “Finding a Purpose in Tragedy” published in the State Bar of Wisconsin’s February edition of the Wisconsin Lawyer, reminded us of the recent tragedy in Arizona and the need to bring back civility in today’s practice of law. Attorney Nash, chair of the Wisconsin State Bar’s Professionalism Committee is quoted saying that “The purpose of the Professionalism Committee is aspirational in nature; it is to remind attorneys that ethical obligations are a minimum standard of behavior, leaving room on the spectrum for better and best practices.”

The Professionalism Committee will sponsor a seminar on March 10th in Madison titled “The View from the Bench: Judges’ Expectations in the Matters that Come Before Them.” Attorney Nash is one of six presenters.
