Attorney Carl D. Holborn presented at the Annual Spring Estate Planning Seminar hosted by the Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin Foundation on May 14, 2013. Mr. Holborn and other panelists presented a program titled “Advising Clients in the New Era of Permanency” which discussed the highly publicized American Taxpayer Relief Act of 2012. The panel answered questions and provided advice regarding the new legislation.
