Attorney Nash Serves as Chair of the Professionalism Committee of The State Bar of Wisconsin

Attorney Randall L. Nash of O’Neil Cannon was recently selected to serve as Chair of the Professionalism Committee of The State Bar of Wisconsin. The priority of the Professionalism Committee is to maintain, reinforce and enhance professional values and aspirations of members of the Wisconsin State Bar. The committee works to improve bar members’ professionalism awareness of and appreciation for professional conduct in the practice of law.

As a part of Randy’s work on that committee, he recently wrote an article for State Bar Members on “Civility” in the practice of law. This article has been published in newsletters for attorneys who are members of the litigation law section, the real property probate and trust law section, the health law section, the family law section, the appellate law section, and the administrative and local government law section. The article can be found here under Committee Resources.
