Nick is the Chair of the firm’s Real Estate, Land Use and Construction Law Practice Group and a member of the Business Law Group. His business background and clerkship experience make him a valuable resource, as he is able to contribute across practice groups to help solve a wide range of legal issues. Nick focuses his time helping businesses and developers acquire, sell, and lease real estate. Nick also works closely with issues related to creditors rights, including business receiverships and bankruptcies.

- Represented a commercial fiber optics network solution provider with a $17 million sale-leaseback of seven facilities.
- Represented a commercial paint company with a $6.2 million sale-leaseback of two facilities.
- Served as local counsel in the acquisition and subsequent administration of a $25.5 million recreational vehicle and lodging park and associated condominium regime.
- Represented a commercial office owner with the distressed sale of a $6.75 million multi-tenant office building.
- Represented a court-appointed receiver or trustee in the sale of 15+ proceedings involving the sale of numerous and various types of commercial and residential properties.
- Represented bar and event space operator in the acquisition and leasing of multi-tenant commercial property.
- Current representation of a medical services provider with its nationwide leasing.
